
Curriculum
Classes offered:
Little Movers ages 3 -4
Pre Dance ages 5 - 7
Classical ballet and jazz, ages 8 and up
*Lyrical, Pointe and Competitive Dance Team, ages 11 and up.
*Students enrolled in lyrical, pointe and Competitive Dance Team are required to enroll in a classical ballet class.
Classes are held at the Ryan Township Fire Hall, 945 Barnesville Dr. Barnesville, PA.

Ballet and Pointe
Ballet: Is available for students 7 and up. Ballet is the foundation for most dance forms. Students will be introduced and develop basic ballet fundamentals including body alignment, terminology, and positions of the feet and arms. Students will learn barre exercises, allegro and adage work in the center.

Pointe - students will perform barre exercises and all classwork in pointe shoes. This class is only available to ballet students 11+ and have taken ballet with Remade by Dance for 2 years minimum. Pointe work is an advance level of ballet work. Strength of students legs and core strength will also be a consideration for placement in pointe class.

Jazz
Available for students 7 and up. Jazz is a more upbeat form of dance. Students will learn a variety of walks, kicks, turns, leaps and jumps.

Little Movers: This class is designed to enhance and develop motor skills and cultivate imagination,
creativity & social development in a caring environment. For ages 3 - 4 and dancer
MUST be potty trained.
Pre-Dance: This class is an introduction to music and movement and dancers ages 5 - 7.
Little Movers and Pre Dance

Lyrical
Available for students 11 and up and students must take ballet. Lyrical focuses more on interpretive dancing combining both jazz and ballet skills.

Competitive Dance Team
Available for students 11 and up and students must take ballet. Remade by Dance competes with Tournament Indoor Association (TIA). Competitions are held on gym floors and the same routine is used for the entire competitive season with changes based on judges feedback and dancers technical growth throughout the season.
